Do you have any vacancies?
We display the status of each property like this:

If there are no vacancies, or if there are apartments coming soon, you may add yourself to a waitlist to be contacted as soon as something that fits your needs becomes available.
Are utilities included in the rent?
Depends on the property they are applying for - some units are, some units arent.
Do you allow smoking or pets?
Depends on the property they are applying for - smoking can be done off the premiseis.
How long are your lease terms?ndle both design and construction?
All of our leases require a minimum of a twelve month term.
Do you require a damage deposit?
We require a damage deposit of 50% of one month's rent, prior to moving in.
Is there on-site parking available?
Some of our properties have parking on-site, while others have parking nearby. Please refer to each property to see what parking is available.
