How We Got Here

Founded by experienced property owners, Birchstone Properties was created to set a higher standard in property management. We are committed to the happiness of our tenants and the ongoing quality and comfort of the spaces we provide. As both a property owner and manager, we have a shared interest with our tenants in maintaining comfortable, safe and well-maintained homes.

This means that we will always strive to be the solution—not the source—of frustration. That when something breaks, we fix it; when a problem arises, we solve it; when you call, we answer.

Today, Birchstone manages a growing portfolio of residential and commercial spaces across the city. But the idea hasn’t changed—we’re still building and managing with the same care and attention we started with.
